We’re currently looking for an OTR Tire Service Technician to join our team and help keep vehicles rolling safely. This dynamic role requires you to perform work relating to the repair, inspection, and maintenance of heavy duty tires in an outdoor environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Safely operate company service vehicles to rack and hoist vehicles for inspection
  • Perform on-site tire installations and repairs to OTR (over the road) and/or large equipment vehicles at customer locations
  • Ensure the safe operation of company vehicles while adhering to all speed and traffic regulations
  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment and properly care for tools and equipment
  • Work independently in all weather conditions to provide reliable roadside tire service
  • Participate in ongoing training and adhere to safety procedures, job duties, and company policies
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned to support team operations

What You Need:

  • Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A or B required) and ability to pass pre-employment driver’s file
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Willingness to work night shifts, overtime, and non-standard hours with minimal supervision
  • Previous experience working with OTR, heavy-duty, or commercial tires
  • Capability to safely change and repair commercial tires in all weather conditions
  • Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 75 pounds regularly, and up to 250 pounds occasionally with or without mechanical assistance
