Location: Fresno, CA (on-site)

Position Summary

Trillium Flow Technologies is seeking a Project Engineer I to support technical execution and documentation across multiple engineering projects within a manufacturing environment.

This entry-level role assists in preparing drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and technical reports while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and industry standards. The Project Engineer I collaborates closely with Project Managers, Engineering, and Production teams to coordinate tasks, track deliverables, and support on-time project completion.

Strong attention to detail, foundational engineering knowledge, and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with customer and internal project requirements

  • Prepare drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and technical documentation

  • Support testing and basic validation processes

  • Coordinate engineering tasks with Project Managers, Engineering, and Production

  • Track engineering deliverables and maintain action logs

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and ISO 9001 and 14001 requirements

  • Adhere to the organization's Code of Conduct, time and attendance standards, and all company policies and procedures

  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (required)

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of engineering experience
