Job description

The Verve Hotel Boston Natick, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor responsible for supervising and coordinating food and beverage service in hotel outlets and banquet operations. This role supports the Food & Beverage Manager and Banquet Manager to ensure exceptional guest service, adherence to operational standards, and efficient daily operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.
 Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise restaurant, lounge, and banquet service staff
  • Manage daily shifts and oversee outlet and banquet functions
  • Assist with training, mentoring, and evaluating team members
  • Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and appearance guidelines are maintained
  • Handle guest interactions and resolve concerns to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Support administrative duties, shift reports, and departmental meetings
  • Enforce cash handling and closing procedures
  • Maintain high visibility during service periods
Qualifications
  • Previous supervisory experience in a hotel food & beverage setting
  • Outlet and banquet experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift (35–50 lbs), and perform physical duties required in a hospitality environment
  • Strong communication, leadership, and guest service skills
  • Ability to handle cash and credit transactions and use point-of-sale systems
