Job description

Summary of Job Duties: 

Under the direction of Scotts Valley Warehouse/Inventory Control Manager, perform inventory related duties such as Variance Research, training Areas in proper procedures, monitor and run Inventory Control Cycle Count program and updating essential Reports.                                                                                                                                       

Specific Job Duties:

  1. Research inventory variances for cause and provide feedback to team members.
  2. Support other departments with inventory research and information, via email, written, or verbal.
  3. Assist department in understanding their inventory discrepancies.
  4. Check and clean out virtual locations.
  5. Provide weekly variance report, with research information.
  6. Monitor and advise Cycle Count Associates to meet requirements.
  7. Follow all Threshold policies regarding safety and cGMP compliance.
  8. Perform all other tasks as assigned by Threshold management.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

  1. High School Diploma
  2. 3+ years’ experience in Inventory Control tasks and responsibilities.
  3. Ability to follow written procedures, SOP’s and Work Instructions
  4. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel - ability to update and create spreadsheets

Skills and/or Training Desired:

  1. Previous warehouse experience
  2. Previous experience operating power equipment
  3. Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
  4. Ability to stand for long periods of time
  5. Previous experience working in a cGMP-compliant facility
