Luxury Client Advisor for Women’s Designer Collections (Full-time)

Hirshleifers is seeking an experienced and fashion‑driven Luxury Client Advisor to join our Women’s Multi‑Brand team at our Americana Manhasset flagship. This role is ideal for someone with a true eye for styling, who is passionate about curating complete looks, building wardrobes, and helping clients express themselves through luxury fashion!

Our women’s assortment features globally renowned designers including Saint Laurent, Thom Browne, Loewe, Bottega Veneta, Alaia, Khaite, and Phoebe Philo, among others.


Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted style authority, creating cohesive, elevated looks and complete wardrobes tailored to each client’s lifestyle, taste, and needs
  • Deliver a highly personalized, relationship‑driven client experience aligned with luxury service standards
  • Build and maintain a loyal client book through thoughtful styling, regular outreach, and proactive clienteling
  • Drive sales by styling full looks across ready‑to‑wear, accessories, and footwear
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and department sales goals
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of designers, collections, fabrics, silhouettes, and seasonal trends
  • Stay fashion‑forward and translate runway and editorial inspiration into wearable styling for clients
  • Partner with the buying, merchandising, and visual teams to support floor storytelling and presentations
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems and support inventory and merchandising initiatives

Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury or high‑end women’s fashion retail
  • Proven strength in styling, wardrobe building, and consultative selling, not transactional sales
  • Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to mix designers, textures, and proportions
  • Demonstrated success in building long‑term client relationships and generating repeat business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
  • Flexible scheduling availability including weekends and holidays
  • Comfortable using POS systems and digital clienteling tools
  • Native or fluent proficiency in English (additional languages a plus)
