We're especially looking for an LMT who excels at engaging with clients, building strong relationships, and creating an experience that keeps clients coming back and rebooking.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive Compensation: Earn between $32.00 - $42.00 per massage service hour, depending on the type of service (THIS IS BEFORE TIPS). This includes both hourly wages and commission. Your pay reflects your skill level and experience, with additional opportunities for commissions on specialized services such as CBD, Cupping, Hot Salt Stones, Prenatal, and Lymph Drainage.
  • Flexible Shifts: We offer shifts from 5 to 6.5 hours long. Must be able to work at least 2 shifts a week, with a Saturday or Sunday Shift required. We offer an added commission bonus for working both weekend shifts. Enjoy paid turnover time after appointments, along with guaranteed annual raises.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: From paid sick time for all team members, to partially covered health insurance for full-time therapists (30+ hours per week), along with Dental and Vision plans, and a 401 K plan for those who qualify, we've got you covered.
  • Supportive Environment: Our Golden studio is a modern, beautifully appointed space with electric lift tables and uniquely decorated rooms. We emphasize green business practices and use only the best organic products, ensuring both you and your clients feel great in every way.

Requirements:
  • Must hold a valid massage therapy license and insurance in the state of Colorado.
  • Must be reliable, professional, and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to provide varying pressure levels during massages, including Deep Tissue techniques.
  • While experience is preferred, we welcome passionate newcomers who are eager to grow and contribute!
