Compensation: $14.00/hr Base + Uncapped Commissions (OTE: $70,000 - $110,000+)

The Role

As a D2D Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company in the local community. You will be assigned a designated residential territory to prospect, generate leads, and present our products directly to homeowners. If you have a relentless work ethic, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to control your own earning potential, this is the place for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Territory Management: Walk assigned neighborhoods daily to build prospect lists and identify ideal customers.
  • Direct Sales: Deliver high-impact, face-to-face sales presentations that highlight the features and benefits of our products.
  • Objection Handling: Confidently overcome customer concerns, build immediate rapport, and close sales on the doorstep.
  • Lead Qualification: Quickly identify interested homeowners and schedule in-home or follow-up demonstrations.
  • Record Keeping: Log daily activities, customer interactions, and sales metrics into the company CRM.
  • Continuous Training: Participate in daily/weekly morning sales meetings and training sessions to sharpen your skills.


Qualifications & Requirements
