Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for Sales and Marketing activities predominantly in the Nonwovens, Soft Disposables & Hygienic Industries Department for Luwa. This role will be the first point of contact with customers and will be instrumental in developing targeted customer lists. This role reports to the General Manager of Luwa Americas.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Work with current Textile clients on their Filtration and Air conditioning requirements.
  • Expand the Luwa sales pipeline in the non-woven industry through lead generation, campaigns, etc.
  • Develop contacts from target lists to discover and cultivate leads and opportunities for air handling systems and air-conditioning, process and plant filtration, and product recycling.
  • Manage all communication activity with internal and external stakeholders and provide feedback from customer interactions.
  • Drive prospecting and handle customer site visits as required.
  • Contribute to and create marketing, advertising, social media activities, to promote air handling and filtration systems and services.
  • Supports development and revision of website content and promotional materials for Nonwoven & Soft Disposables - air handling systems and services.
  • Develop content for case studies, white papers, and presentations.
  • Perform all other duties that may be needed occasionally that are outside your regular job description, contributing to the Company meeting its sales and revenue goals.

Qualifications
Your Education and Experience
  • Engineering or Technical degree is a plus.
  • Sales training/certifications considered a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales in a relevant industrial background.
  • Direct air filtration, dust collection, ventilation, pollution abatement equipment or similar sales experience is needed.

Your skills and traits.
  • Candidates with knowledge and experience in the soft disposables, tissue, and recycling industry are highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills a must
  • Skilled in sales and marketing techniques.
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
  • Proficiency with CRM, i.e. Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed regarding daily tasks.
