The Opportunity
As an Undergraduate-Level Digital Marketing & Communications Intern at Greenhouse Fabrics & Anna Elisabeth (GH/AE), you'll be a cross-functional partner on the Marketing & Creative Team. You will execute on digital marketing initiatives such as social media campaign execution, copywriting, web content optimization, and lead generation performance analysis.
Alongside the Director of Marketing and Content & Creative Manager, you'll help manage digital assets, analyze engagement data, and assist with customer activations. This opportunity provides practical experience in corporate project management, omni-channel marketing production, automation, reporting, and brand communications to strengthen GH/AE brands.
Core Responsibilities
Social Media Marketing and Analytics
  • Assist the collection and analysis of weekly social media and content trends for lifestyle and home industry
  • Develop engaging copy and captions and support execution of the Content Calendar across social media platforms (e.g., Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.)
  • Capture and assist with editing of photo and video content to support the creation of short-form social content (e.g., Instagram Reels and Youtube Shorts)

Web Marketing
  • Serve as a Jr. Webmaster for www.greenhousefabrics.com , ensuring accuracy of product information and image accessibility
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand voice consistency across all digital platforms
  • Serve as a contributing author on blog posts for content marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with the Creative & Content Manager

Event and Partnership Management
  • Curate unique, local partnership ideas for trade show traffic to promote lead generation logistics and event coordination
  • Refresh the Product Showroom in preparation for seasonal event foot traffic and develop organization protocols
  • Flex dynamic skills to provide support on general marketing and customer service projects, as needed

Project Management and Organization
  • Select 2-3 long-term internship goals and actively report on tracking towards success state by the end of internship
  • Present weekly internship report to Director of Marketing and receive 1:1 feedback on performance and career goals
  • Maintain the GH/AE Digital Asset Management (DAM) system by uploading, organizing, optimizing and tagging photo/video assets

Requirements
  • Applicants must be currently enrolled and pursuing an undergraduate level degree in marketing, communications, business, public affairs, graphic design, film, textiles, or a related creative field at an accredited school.
  • Undergraduate applicants must have completed at least 2 semesters of studies, prior to the start of the internship. All applicants must have a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.00.
  • Summer interns, joining between April to August, may work up to 20 hours per week

Compensation & Structure
Pay: $20 per hour, up to 20 hours per week
