This position will be based in Houston, TX, will report to the Global Marketing Director and will manage a Marketing intern.

Your Future Team

You will join ROCKWOOL Technical Insulation (RTI), a global subsidiary of the ROCKWOOL Group. Our global Marketing team is an international team with responsibility for business development, product management, marketing and communication.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop RTI's marketing strategy in the North American region and lead engaging initiatives that position the team for long-term success.

What You Will be Doing

You will set the strategy for all marketing and communication activities for RTI in North America. You'll work closely with the Sales team, global Product Management and global Marketing Communications & Branding to drive results. You'll deliver compelling content, execute strategic campaigns and events, and create valuable sales materials.

  • Content:Develop and maintain marketing assets - brochures, case studies, web content, videos, presentations, and more.
  • Launches:Plan and execute impactful marketing communication around launches of new products and offerings for internal and external audiences.
  • Digital Campaigns:Create digital campaigns including lead generation and nurturing in partnership with our global Digital Marketing Managers.
  • Event Management:Organize RTI's messaging and presence at North American conferences and tradeshows.
  • Branding:Ensure our brand and messaging remain clear, consistent, and compelling.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide continuous marketing support to the Sales team

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • 10+ years' experience driving B2B marketing and communications in a global, matrixed organization
  • Results-driven, collaborative, and comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution
  • Experience in Oil & Gas or Industrial Construction industry, preferred
  • Able to translate technical insights into clear, persuasive messages
  • Proven content creator across digital and traditional channels
  • Creative thinker, effective Project Manager, and proactive problem solver
  • Enthusiastic about working with international colleagues and agencies, offering the flexibility needed when working across time zones

The base salary range for this position is: $125,000.00 - 140,000.00. Your base salary is determined based on location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions. This position is bonus eligible.
