Installer Join a Fast-Growing Leader in Commercial Interior Finishes

Job Overview
  • Company: LB Contract Supply.

  • Salary/Pay Rate: $22 to $28+ per hour (Based on experience) plus Year-End Bonus.

  • Location: In person (Madison, WI or DFW, TX)

  • Job/Employment Type: Full-Time.

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday.

  • Project Scope: Commercial Window Coverings and Interior Finishes.

  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.

The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital member of our Field Operations team, transforming commercial spaces through the precise installation of high-quality interior finishes. This role offers you the autonomy to work on diverse projects while receiving the training and support needed to quickly advance into leadership positions.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Execute the professional installation of window treatments, including roller shades, blinds, and drapery systems.

  • Interpret project drawings and layouts to ensure all products are mounted accurately to specifications.

  • Utilize technology and digital tools to facilitate clear communication with project managers and general contractors.

  • Operate hand and power tools safely to maintain an efficient and hazard-free job site environment.

  • Troubleshoot real-time installation challenges to ensure the final product meets our high standards of functionality.

  • Collaborate with team members on light interior finish work, including caulking, trim, and minor touch-ups.

  • Maintain an organized workspace to reflect the companys commitment to professionalism and service.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • 1+ year of experience in construction, installation, or general labor.

  • Proven ability to use basic hand and power tools effectively in a field environment.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to use modern technology for project documentation.

  • Physical capability to lift 50+ lbs and work comfortably on ladders or lifts.

  • Must be a punctual, hard-working professional eager to grow within the trade.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Approximately 3 years of experience in commercial construction or interior finishes.

  • Demonstrated experience installing window coverings, metal studs, or light carpentry.

  • Familiarity with active commercial job site protocols and safety standards.
