Duties & Responsibilities:
(Essential Functions of Position, Major Responsibilities, Summary of Key Duties, Special Assignments, Relationships)
  • Willingness to work collaboratively with the building SIT Team and perform duties as assigned.
  • Willing to step into the classroom to cover teachers.
  • Entering data into district and/or building systems to streamline MTSS structures.
  • Assist in facilitating/guiding BSAT, SIT, PBIS, SAFETY/SECURITY and other building level teams.
  • Plan and carry out staff development that is pertinent to the building's ESSA Plans and/or Title Plans.
  • Support MTSS systems within the building.
  • Support Tier 2 reading, math and behavioral instruction.
  • Support Tier 3 reading, math and behavioral instruction.
  • Ability to oversee breakfast, lunch, recess, bussing, and before/after school supervision.
  • Ability to arrange for guest teacher in-house coverage when subs are not available.
  • Oversee and assist in the evaluation, scheduling and day to day expectations of paraeducators.
  • Attend IEP's as the Administrative Designee for this program.
  • Willingness to be in charge of or assist with ISASP testing and protocol.
  • Facilitate meetings with staff and parents.
  • Work flexible hours to meet the needs of the building.
  • Be able to motivate and recognize staff achievement.
  • All other duties as assigned by the principal.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to -

Minimum Requirements
  • Previous experience working with Chromebooks.
  • Must have basic mathematical and computer proficiency.
  • Ability to read, write and understand English.
  • Previous experience working with Google and Microsoft products.
  • Previous customer service experience.
