Job description

Markon is seeking a Digital Network Exploitation Analyst Level 4 to support advanced SIGINT and cyberspace operations in a multi-domain environment for the Fort Meade Customer. This role supports global mission objectives by delivering in-depth analysis of digital networks, identifying emerging threats, and producing actionable intelligence for operational and strategic decision-making.


  • Perform advanced SIGINT and cyberspace analysis to support multi-domain operations
  • Respond to RFIs across multiple intelligence disciplines to solve complex problem sets
  • Exploit target digital networks and develop network enumeration maps of key infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain detailed target profiles, including associations, activities, and communication infrastructures
  • Conduct network analysis to support intelligence collection and targeting efforts
  • Identify trends in threat development, capabilities, and performance
  • Provide intelligence recommendations and mitigation strategies to counter emerging threats
  • Produce intelligence products including briefs, reports, threat assessments, and technical documentation
  • Deliver subject matter expertise through presentations and stakeholder engagements
  • Coordinate SIGINT and cyber intelligence products with interagency and Communities of Interest (COI)
  • Collaborate with analysts and planners to integrate SIGINT and cyber into operational frameworks
  • Conduct Scientific and Technical Intelligence (S&TI) analysis of foreign systems and technologies
  • Analyze commercial and foreign devices to determine functionality and operational intent

 
  • TS/SCI with Active Polygraph with this Customer.
  • 11+ years of experience as a TDNA, DNEA, or equivalent role/MOS
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations coordination at O-5 level command or equivalent DoD environment
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and network security methodologies
  • Experience with SIGINT targeting analysis and global intelligence operations
  • Familiarity with Cyber Mission Force (CMF) roles (CMT, NMT, CST, NST, CPT)
  • Knowledge of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and exploitation techniques
  • Experience with real-time or near-real-time knowledge management systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work shift schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to respond to emergent operational requirements

Desired

  • Experience supporting USASOC or Joint SOF organizations
  • Ability to work independently with limited oversight in a joint environment
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Network+, Security+, CEH, Scrum, Digital Network Intelligence, SOCOM SIGINT Operators Course)
 

USD $210,000.00 - USD $240,000.00 /Yr.
