Job Description
The SVN Advisor is a highly trained commercial real estate sales professional in a chosen area of expertise. This is commission based position. If you follow our training, and you are motivated to succeed, you can expect to earn over $100,000 of gross commission income within the first 16 months as an SVN Advisor. You can expect to reach SVN Achiever status within the next 30 months ($250,000 in gross commission income).
Qualifications
You are motivated to be trained as a commercial real estate professional and to perform the activities required to be at the top of your profession.
You communicate well verbally and can write effectively.
You pass a state licensing exam.
You work well with peers and cooperate in an office environment.
You have the ability to use your professional time effectively.
