Make a real difference in the lives of families as a Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) here at NFS - while enjoying the flexibility of a 4 or 5-day work week, great pay, and a supportive team!
The Therapeutic Training and Support Worker (TT&S) will work under the supervision of a licensed Clinician. You will support the implementation of the Clinician's treatment plan and work with clients and their family/caregivers to support in-home therapy goals to treat behavioral needs and improve the family/caregivers' ability to provide effective support for the clients successful functioning in the home and community.

Summer Fun Fridays at Northeast Family Services!
We close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day - giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine!
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field: Required

  • Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

  • Valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a car
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
  • Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
  • Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

  • Option of a traditional 5 day or a 4 Day work week! Work four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday!
