What will you do as a Swim Instructor?
  • The main focus of a swim instructor is to teach swimming skills in accordance with Streamline Brands curriculum in a fun, positive manner
  • Provide continuous, positive corrective feedback to students and customers on their swimming efforts
  • Structure class time appropriately to incorporate repetition, reinforcement, and introduction of required skills
  • Ensure swimmer safety

What are we looking for in a Swim Instructor?
  • Previous swim instruction is preferred but we are happy to train you
  • WSI certification preferred
  • Current American Red Cross CPR-PR/AED, First Aid for adult, swimmer and infant preferred but we will help you get certified in 60 days of hire
  • Special consideration given to instructors with experience teaching swimmers age 4 months to 10 years, Special Needs and team.

What are our hours of operation?
  • Round Rock: Tuesday-Friday 3:30pm-7:00pm ; Saturday 9:30am-1:30pm and Sunday 10:00am-2:00pm
  • Georgetown Monday and Thursday 5:30pm-7:30pm
  • Pflugerville: TBD but will resemble Round Rock
  • Summer hours may vary with morning hours or special programs

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
