San Francisco Giants Baseball & Softball Camps is hiring educators and teachers with summers off to lead campers ages 413 at our San Francisco camps located at West Sunset and Balboa Park.

This role is perfect for teachers who enjoy working with elementary-aged students and feel comfortable teaching the fundamentals of baseball or softball in a fun and structured outdoor camp environment.

This position is ideal for teachers who:

Position Overview: Summer Camp Educator / Baseball Instructor

As a Giants Camps Teacher, you will guide campers through daily baseball and softball activities designed to build athletic skills and confidence.

Responsibilities include:

  • Teaching fundamental baseball and softball skills (hitting, throwing, fielding, teamwork)

  • Leading campers through organized drills and games

  • Creating a supportive and engaging learning environment

  • Reinforcing positive behavior, accountability, and sportsmanship

  • Supervising campers and ensuring a safe camp experience

  • Working closely with Site Directors and fellow camp educators

This role blends teaching, mentorship, and sports instruction.

    Schedule & Commitment

    • 35 week minimum commitment preferred

    • Camps run weekly from June 8, 2026 August 14, 2026

    Candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to their assigned camp site.

    All hires must pass a background screening.

    Compensation

    Professional Educator Pay: $25.00 per hour

    To qualify for this rate, candidates must:
