Psychiatrist – Suboxone Program | PHP/IOP | Chattanooga, TN

Location: Chattanooga, TN Schedule: Full Time Setting: Partial Hospitalization (PHP) / Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Program

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary behavioral health team in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for patients participating in our Suboxone-based addiction treatment program, as well as clinical oversight for the PHP and IOP levels of care.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for patients receiving Suboxone and related therapies.
  • Provide medical directorship and clinical oversight for the PHP/IOP programs.
  • Supervise and collaborate with midlevel providers (NPs/PAs) to ensure quality of care and compliance with treatment protocols.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and provide input on patient care planning.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Promote an integrated, patient-centered approach to behavioral health and substance use recovery.
Qualifications
  • MD or DO with active Tennessee medical license.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
  • DEA license with Suboxone (buprenorphine) waiver.
  • Prior experience in addiction medicine, PHP/IOP, or dual-diagnosis settings preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
