As a Real Estate Agent with Strata Group, you'll be responsible for diligently following up with leads, building strong client relationships, conducting expert buyer and seller consultations, hosting open houses, managing transactions from start to finish, and staying sharp on market conditions to advise clients with confidence.


Qualifications we're looking for:

  4. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  5. An active Real Estate License is required.

Training


Initial Onboarding: 2-week onboarding covering full CRM and systems setup. Includes access to Strata University โ€” a self-paced, comprehensive training library covering everything agents need to get started.


Ongoing Training: Daily Huddles, Weekly Sales Meeting, Weekly Coaching Calls with top agents and leadership, and weekly one-on-one Sales Coaching sessions.


Support Staff

Full team infrastructure includes: 2 Transaction Coordinators, Listing Coordinator, Director of Operations, Marketing Manager, ISAs, Sales Leaders, and 3 Operations VAs to assist with contract and listing concierge.
