Position Overview The Functional and Administrative Support professional(s) will be responsible for ensuring seamless operation of engagements which require many stakeholders from various organizations within and outside the DoD. These engagements regularly include the Nimble Fire events, JCIDS boards, and senior leader engagements.
Essential Job Function
  • Ensure seamless operation of engagements involving many stakeholders from various organizations within and outside the DoD

  • Support Nimble Fire events, JCIDS boards, and senior leader engagements

  • Arrange, lead, conduct conferences, tabletop exercises, workshops, live fire exercises, demonstrations, or other events and meetings

  • Prepare routine and emergent correspondence, presentations, graphics, analysis and other documentation as required

  • Provide the data required to branch leadership to support JIAMDO weekly Division Chief reporting requirements

  • Maintain accurate files of documentation, records, and reports in accordance with applicable records management manuals

Minimum Qualifications
  • Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • At least five (5) years of professional experience supporting the Joint Staff, OSD, Service HQ, or CCMD HQ

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder engagements within the DoD
  • Familiarity with JCIDS boards and senior leader engagement protocols

  • Experience with Nimble Fire or similar simulation exercises
