Job description

Position Summary

As a Procedural OR Territory Manager at STERIS, you will drive the sales of the Procedural OR products in a specific geographic territory through consultative selling and contract management. You will be responsible for the overall financial performance and Customer satisfaction in the assigned territory.

This position will support the Jacksonville, FL territory.

What you will do as a Territory Manager

Sell surgical devices to the acute care marketplace within the defined territory.
Solicit orders aggressively from present and prospective Customers utilizing the entire Procedural OR product portfolio.
Participate in the sale of clinically differentiated solutions to include surgical instruments, Genesis containers, Ancillary OR products, and/or disposables.
Meet and/or exceed sales expectations and increase total company market share in assigned territory.
Partner with other STERIS sales representative when and where applicable.
Develop business plans to be updated quarterly on account activities, programs, and targets.
Satisfy Customer complaints in accordance with STERIS policies and advise Sales leadership promptly of any situation beyond scope of authority.
Stay attentive to competitors' products and merchandizing practices and keep the internal partners informed concerning them.
Maintain up-to-date Customer account profiles.
Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows as directed.

The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed

Required
Bachelor's degree
5 years of successful sales experience or 2 years of successful STERIS sales experience
Ability to travel overnight up to __30___%
Must be able to be compliant with hospital/customer credentialing requirements

Preferred
Healthcare sales experience
Acute care and/or operating room experience

Pay range for this opportunity is $80,000 - $85,000. This position is incentive planeligible, at target earnings of $150,000 - $155,000, depending on performance

Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
