Description
  • Assess patients of all ages through precise evaluations and observations based on established benchmarks.

  • Engage in one-on-one speech therapy sessions that concentrate on enhancing communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing capabilities.
  • Work synergistically with a multidisciplinary team of physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and family members to facilitate comprehensive care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families to champion their journey to recovery outside the treatment environment.
  • Contribute to inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless patient care throughout the rehabilitation process.
  • Ensure strict compliance with documentation protocols, adhering to state, federal, and organizational guidelines.

Education
