Senior Financial Analyst – Strategic Procurement Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (hours may vary)

What You'll Do You'll analyze purchasing activity, vendor contracts, and operating expenditures to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve procurement practices, and support smarter financial and operational decisions across City Utilities.

Key Responsibilities • Analyze spending trends, vendor contracts, and procurement activity to identify savings opportunities • Support vendor negotiations, contract evaluations, and procurement strategies • Assist with operating and capital budget analysis, forecasting, and expenditure tracking • Develop financial reports, dashboards, and recommendations for leadership • Partner with departments to improve processes, efficiency, and financial transparency

What You Bring | Education & Experience • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, accounting, economics, business, public administration, or related field • Five years of professional experience in finance, budgeting, procurement, analytics, or related work • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
