Job Summary and Responsibilities

St. Alexius Medical Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Specialty Clinic team.

$20,000 Sign On Bonus Eligible. 

In this vital role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional patient care by planning, implementing, and evaluating individual patient care according to established practice, protocols, and policies.

You'll collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants to ensure patients and families receive the highest quality care and education, promoting overall wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Patient Care: Prepare patients for clinic visits, assist with procedures, and provide comprehensive nursing care.
  • Care Planning: Utilize the nursing process to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Patient Education: Educulate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and wellness strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Maintain strong working relationships with the healthcare team, responding to requests and participating in problem-solving.
  • Compliance & Safety: Adhere to infection control, medication administration, and all St. Alexius and regulatory policies, including the ND Nurse Practice Act.
  • Clinic Support: Provide coverage and support across various clinic areas as needed.
