You will lead by example, ensuring that every interaction is seamless and that our customers feel valued and supported.

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum

Required Qualifications

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 1-2 years in sales and customer service; Applicant must currently be in an active Stores role with a minimum of 6 months experience
  • Communication: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Math Skills: Basic math skills
  • Flexibility: Work scheduled shift hours and over time as needed

A qualified applicant’s criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances.
The base pay for this position generally is between $18.00 and $27.70. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $9,360.
