About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RN) Healthcare Advocate with Solace, you'll work with patients throughout their healthcare journey.
In the RN Advocate role, you will guide patients through difficult and complex health concerns and help them achieve their health and wellness goals while also addressing their Social Determinants of Health (SDOH). You'll be an empathetic listener and an action-oriented guide who will work to actually resolve patient's problems.
PLEASE NOTE: this is a 1099 contract position. You will set your own hours and can work part-time, full-time, or anything in between. This role is 100% remote. All patient interactions are performed via video or phone call.
What You'll Do
  • Learn Solace's proprietary system, tools, technology, and expectations, while also providing your unique experience in every interaction.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with patients, where listening and empathy are the foundation for every interaction.
  • Be able to identify and prioritize patients' needs and build out a care plan to ensure consistent action over time.
  • Develop comprehensive patient care plans that holistically address social determinants of health, i.e. food resources, transportation access, and support at home.

What You Bring to the Table
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations.
  • Empathy: You care deeply about people and have a drive to fight for those who can't fight for themselves.
  • Clinical and Organizational Skills: As an experienced RN, you can balance multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Technical Adaptation: You're able to learn new systems quickly and efficiently.
  • A Bias Toward Action: When you see something needs to get done, you step in and take care of it.
