ABOUT THIS ROLE 

As a Senior Software Engineer for Agentic AI at KIBO, you will design and implement LLM-powered and multi-agent systems that interact with APIs, databases, and event-driven architectures across the KIBO platform. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Design and build agentic AI capabilities for the KIBO platform, including multi-step reasoning, tool calling, memory, and state management.

  • Implement guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and observability to ensure safe and reliable agent behavior.

  • Develop scalable multi-tenant .NET microservices and React frontends that integrate AI-driven capabilities.

  • Own the testing of deterministic code and non-deterministic agent behavior using automated evaluation pipelines.

  • Partner with multi-functional teams to define agent behavior, success metrics, and continuous improvement loops.

  • Leverage modern AI tools and proven engineering practices across the SDLC to ensure high-quality implementation.
