Hiring an AI/ML Software Engineer to support signal processing efforts in a cleared environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical knowledge with curiosity, initiative, and a desire to work on impactful technical challenges.
What you'll bring:
  • A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in applied AI/ML (3-5 years preferred)
  • Strong foundation in deep learning, transformer architectures, and attention mechanisms
  • Proficiency in modern ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
  • Programming experience with statistical and signal analysis libraries
  • Familiarity with MLOps and full pipeline development - from model design to testing and deployment
Preferred (not required):
  • Knowledge of digital signal processing and RFML
  • Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), including fine-tuning and prompt design
