Job Summary:
The Senior Snowflake ETL Developer with Informatica IICS is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise data integration solutions within a large-scale analytics and data warehousing environment. This role focuses on building and optimizing data integration hubs using Informatica PowerCenter or IICS, Snowflake, SQL, and cloud-based technologies while supporting Agile SDLC processes. The position requires strong expertise in ETL development, healthcare data integration, CI/CD automation, and performance optimization across multiple enterprise data sources.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, implement, and support enterprise data integration hub solutions
  • Configure and maintain infrastructure for data integration platforms
  • Develop ETL mappings, workflows, and automation processes using Informatica PowerCenter or IICS
  • Automate data acquisition and integration from multiple data sources including Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, and Adobe PDF
  • Design and develop complex, scalable, and high-performing Snowflake SQL scripts
  • Participate in all phases of the Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Create Epics, User Stories, Tasks, and technical documentation for Agile sprint teams
  • Perform integration, load, and stress testing for ETL and data integration solutions
  • Support deployment, release management, and operational enhancements
  • Optimize data integration processes for scalability, reliability, and performance
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and GitHub Actions
  • Collaborate with analytics, reporting, and visualization teams supporting Tableau and BI environments
  • Design technical diagrams, mappings, and documentation using Visio and Erwin
  • Ensure data security and compliance standards are followed for PII and PHI data
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide operational support for enterprise data systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners
  • Support integration using REST/SOAP web services and enterprise APIs
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools such as Snowflake Cortex, Informatica Claire, or similar technologies

Required Skills:
  • Strong ETL development experience using Informatica PowerCenter or IICS
  • Experience integrating data from Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, Access, and Adobe PDF sources
  • Advanced Snowflake SQL scripting and performance optimization skills
  • Strong SQL development and database management experience
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery models
