Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Business, Technical and Strategic Product to make and meet project commitments in an agile framework; rapidly delivering value to our customers via technology solutions
  • Lead engineers who contribute to the applications' technology stack and drive modern solutions to complex problems
  • Lead design and development of resilient, reliable, scalable and self-healing solutions to meet and exceed customer requirements
  • Ensure that all parts of the application eco system are thoroughly and effectively covered with telemetry and 24/7 support from the engineering team
  • Create and manage technical roadmaps
  • Collaborate with leaders across partner-teams to build cohesive and optimal solutions
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written forms, and be able to present and demonstrate work to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Manage staff, recruiting drive, interview and team onboarding
  • Mentor all members of the engineering team to develop and perform as highly as possible
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 7 years of experience with languages such as Java, C#, Javascript or Python as an Engineer
  • 2 years of experience in agile development experience; strong understanding of DevOps mindset
  • 2 years of experience with software engineering and processes: design patterns, algorithms, data structures, schemas and queries, system design, unit testing, code reviews, agile, and dev-ops
  • 2 years of experience with production operational support
  • 2 years of experience with writing unit or integration tests
  • 1 years of experience working with teams that leveraged two or more of the following: continuous integration / continuous delivery tools, REST API development, serverless architecture, containerization, IaC, public / private cloud, web applications, web services, application observability or messaging / stream architecture
  • 1 years of production experience with cloud technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous IT leadership experience
  • Experience with AI tools (Claude, Codex, GPT, Github CoPilot) and understanding of AI patterns (Agentic AI, Machine Learning)
  • Instrumenting apps with Azure App Insights, and creating effective alarms and dashboards
  • Log indexing tools (e.g. ELK stack, Datadog, Splunk, Sumologic)
  • SRE principles (error budgets, alarming practices, etc.)
  • Healthcare domain background
  • Development experience in C#, NetCore, React, Angular, Javascript, Typescript
  • Experience with technologies such as: Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, TestCafe, NodeJS, Git, JEST or Kafka

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
