We are looking for a determined, high energy, well organized individual to join our DiMartino Dental Lab team in Renton, Washington.

Responsibilities:

  • Under direction, provides clerical and administrative support to management.
  • Answer phones and assist customers with any questions or concerns
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, reports and other correspondence
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
  • Maintain lab inventory, prepare on-line requisitions for inventory re-stocking
  • Manage incoming and outgoing shipments; Track packages to ensure on-time delivery
  • All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one (1) year of clerical experience in a corporate environment preferred
  • Knowledge of dental lab products, materials, and techniques preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level
  • Basic computer knowledge with ability to learn new programs
  • High level of attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated with the ability to quickly learn procedures and products
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Team player is a must
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a company MVR check
