Description
Group Fitness - BODYPUMP Instructor:
  • Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition
  • Create a positive class environment that is non-competitive and non-threatening. You will greet participants prior to class/track class attendance, and welcome and motivate all participants.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service to enhance the member, guest, and program participant experience and satisfaction
  • Our Group Fitness Instructors implement group fitness activities while following the mission, goals, and philosophies of the YMCA and are role models and professional representatives of the YMCA.

Requirements
  • At least 18 years old
  • Within 4 months of hire: Group Fitness Certification in a mode taught at the YMCA of the Northern Sky
