Due to incredible growth, AIS is seeking a Field Service Manager for Single Family in the Houston area. The Field Service Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the installation of Single-Family projects.

**This position will be working in the Houston Area

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate delivery and installation with clients.
  • Approve and submit subcontractor invoices/draws for payment.
  • Maintain competent installers and ensure paperwork work is complete and timely.
  • Anticipate and resolve client issues.
  • Attend client mandated meeting as required.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the client and all departments in AIS.
  • Commit to being highly visible on job sites.

  • Having a strong understanding of carpentry, building, and contracting
  • Being self-motivated, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Possess organizational skills for multiple projects at once.
  • Being a self-starter, flexible and able to follow processes.

  • Prioritize clients and represent AIS with pride & integrity.
  • Communicate efficiently among all departments and meet deadlines.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 3 years of construction experience
  • Previous construction management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project Management, and Planning
  • Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision.
  • Valid Driverโ€™s License
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work remotely and travel to work sites as needed.

*** It's a plus if you have previous Superintendent, Project Manager or Assistant Manager experience in Construction. ***
