Job Overview
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to help grow and manage O2DCA’s expanding marketing clients. You will own the day-to-day execution across client campaigns with a strong sense of urgency and accountability. While you will be the primary technical expert for PPC and performance reporting, you are also a "figure it out and move it forward" leader who can build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams. This is a high-impact role with a clear path to becoming a Director of Marketing as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Results: Own the strategy, execution, and daily optimization of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Client Leadership: Act as a proactive liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and forward momentum.
- Insightful Reporting: Monitor and report on marketing performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital marketing platform, translating complex data into clear insights for clients.
- Project Momentum: Build timelines and project plans that are realistic and organized; ensure all work is delivered on time, within scope, and at a high standard.
- Strategic Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to add value to client businesses and optimize campaign performance.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with creative and strategy teams to deliver high-quality, integrated work.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and account management, ideally within an agency environment.
- Ownership Mindset: Someone who is proactive, positive, and naturally takes responsibility without being asked.
- Strong Communicator: Comfortable leading calls with clients and collaborating with internal teams.
- High Gear: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment where expectations are high and priorities shift.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Google Ads and GA4, with strong working knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress/Shopify) and general business systems.
- Office Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Status: Full-Time, Salaried (Exempt)
Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000
Schedule: Hybrid: 2 days in office (Mon & Wed) and WFH on Tues/Thur/Fri.
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-Hour for Lunch)
