Position: Senior Project Manager
Industry: EPC Utility Scale Solar
Job Description:
  • Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of utility scale solar projects, from conception to completion.
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, engineers, and vendors, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Lead a team of project managers, project engineers, and civil superintendents, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess project status, resolve any on-site challenges, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as procurement, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless project coordination.
  • Prepare and present project updates, budgets, reports, and presentations to senior management and clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:
