What is a Senior RN Visa Sponsorship?

A Senior RN Visa Sponsorship refers to the process where an employer in a country like the United States sponsors an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a work visa, such as the H-1B or EB-3 visa. This sponsorship allows the nurse to legally work and live in the country, typically filling critical nursing shortages. Senior RNs are those with advanced experience and often supervisory responsibilities, making them highly sought after for these programs. The sponsorship process generally involves credential evaluation, passing licensing exams, and meeting immigration requirements. Employers often assist with paperwork and guide candidates through the immigration process.
