Title: Sr. Level Facets SME

Location: Owings Mills/Baltimore, MD 21117

Contract: 1 year contract

The Client stressed that this is on the "product side" of Facets. The manager is looking for Facets Accums SMEs with deep system knowledge, particularly around handling deductible and out of pocket cost sharing in products with integrated medical, pharmacy, dental and vision benefits.

Must Haves:

  • Very senior level experience with Facets
  • Experience in Facets Accumulator (also written as Accum)
  • Knowledge of the claims and product data models is required
  • Heavy experience on the product side
  • Configuration experience

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of new and/or changed Plan benefit requirements requiring Facets configuration and translation of analysis into identifying resulting configuration changes necessary.
  • Analysis of changed benefit impact on claim adjudication, including accumulator impact and modifications required; manual accumulator changes may be required
  • Query support of Facets database to facilitate data analysis
  • Configuration build assistance of any required Product changes
  • Conduct testing and validation analysis of claim testing results for Product changes, accumulator changes and other system changes as they occur
  • Participate in client meetings as necessary
  • Resources will receive guidance and training in the process and methods used to complete assigned work.
  • Resources will not be expected to process claims, but will need to understand the claims flow process and analyze claim data output.
  • Knowledge of the claims and product data models is required.
