The Senior Client Services Representative will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the company's products and services. They will act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues that arise. The Senior Client Services Representative will also work closely with other departments within the company to ensure that clients' needs are being met and that their expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues that arise
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the company's products and services
  • Work closely with other departments within the practice to ensure that clients' needs are being met and that their expectations are exceeded
  • Provide clients with regular updates on the status of their accounts and projects
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services
  • Provide feedback to the company's product and development teams based on client needs and feedback
Requirements
  • Associate's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Veterinary Medicine, preferably at either Technician and/or CSR positions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with CRM systems and other client management tools
