About the Opportunity

Air Systems, a division of SRM Concrete, is expanding and looking for experienced HVAC Installers to join our team in Middle Tennessee. Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

As an HVAC Installer with Air Systems, you'll be responsible for:

  • Installing new HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, thermostats, etc.) in homes and businesses
  • Replacing outdated or inefficient HVAC equipment
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals
  • Ensuring all installations meet code requirements and company standards
  • Testing systems for proper operation and making necessary adjustments
  • Communicating with customers about installation progress and answering questions
  • Working efficiently as part of a team to complete jobs on time
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
What Sets You Apart
  • Experience: 2+ years as an HVAC Installer, with a proven track record of quality installations (more experience is a plus)
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC installation techniques, tools, and safety practices
  • Certifications: EPA Section 608 and other relevant HVAC certifications are a plus
  • Attention to Detail: You take pride in doing the job right the first time
  • Customer Service: Friendly, professional, and respectful in customers' homes and businesses
  • Team Player: Reliable, punctual, and willing to help your crew succeed
  • Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in attics/crawl spaces, and handle the physical demands of the job
