Job description

We are looking for a Business Analyst with Power BI to support data-driven decision-making and process improvement initiatives in Spring, Texas. This role partners with operational and business teams to translate needs into clear insights, actionable reporting, and practical recommendations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in Agile environments, evaluating current workflows, and documenting findings that help improve customer service operations.
Responsibilities:
• Gather business needs from stakeholders and convert them into clear functional requirements, user stories, and reporting objectives.
• Build and refine Power BI dashboards and reports that provide meaningful visibility into operational and customer service performance.
• Analyze existing workflows to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for measurable improvement.
• Review business and operational documents to ensure requirements, procedures, and outputs are accurate, complete, and aligned with objectives.
• Collaborate with call center and customer service teams to understand challenges, track key metrics, and recommend practical solutions.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, to support timely delivery.
• Work with cross-functional partners to validate reporting logic, confirm business rules, and ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations.
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to business leaders in a clear and concise manner.
• Support changes to business processes or reporting structures by documenting impacts, testing outcomes, and helping teams adopt updates.• Experience in business analysis with the ability to gather, document, and clarify business requirements.
• Proficiency in Power BI for creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support decision-making.
