The individual in this role will lead the design and implementation of AI solutions, shaping the Contact Centre AI-First strategy and drive its transformation in Agentic AI space. With expertise in voice AI technologies and cloud-native architecture, this individual will craft and communicate overall architectural vision, technical strategies and trade-offs for AI enabled conversational experiences across diverse channels. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a passion for innovation and technology exploration, and a proven track record in large-scale AI transformation.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the architecture, delivery, and bot certification readiness of multi channel conversational agent platforms leveraging agentic AI, ensuring production grade quality across voice and digital channels
  • Design, implement, and govern scalable cloud architectures with a strong focus on observability, performance, resiliency, and security, aligned with bot certification standards
  • Lead bot certification efforts by defining and enforcing architectural guardrails, validation criteria, and readiness checkpoints to ensure compliant, reliable, and scalable deployments
  • Evaluate emerging trends in the voice AI ecosystem, including new tools, frameworks, and APIs, and drive adoption of capabilities that improve scalability, cost efficiency, and certification outcomes
  • Lead proof of concepts and pilots for next generation voice, generative, and multi modal experiences on scalable cloud platforms, progressing certified solutions into production
  • Define and implement security controls, governance guardrails, and compliance practices to meet organizational, regulatory, and certification requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross functional teams to align technical strategy with business objectives and clearly communicate architectural and certification standards across the organization
  • Mentor engineering teams on voice AI and bot certification best practices, fostering a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience in Artificial Intelligence or Conversational AI
  • 3 years of hands-on experience in architecting systems on public clouds (AWS/GCP/Azure) with a strong command of Infrastructure as Code tools
  • 1 years building enterprise-grade AgenticAI solutions with exposure to populate frameworks like LangGraph/Google ADK/Autogen
  • Experience integrating voice bots into diverse environments including telephony systems (IVR), web/mobile applications or smart devices
  • Experience designing/delivering enterprise-grade solutions in the voice agent space
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and deploying distributed systems using microservices architecture
  • Proven exposure to newer protocols in AgenticAI space like MCP/A2A/ACP/ANP
  • Proven exposure to modern observability platforms to ensure comprehensive visibility of the solutions

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $112,700    to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
