Guest Services Agent/ Front Deskย 

Job Description-ย You will welcome all guests upon their arrival witha smiling face and friendly attitude. The front desk is often the first pointof contact for guests; giving the agent responsibility of a first impression.Some of the daily duties include, but not limited to; checking in and out,issuing room keys/cards, keeping records of guest accounts, processingpayments, and making edits to guests' reservations.

Full Time

Hourly Rate - $14.00- $16.00

Job responsibilities:

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Check guests in and out of resort

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Issue guest keys appropriately

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Communicate with other departments to meet guestrequests

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Accommodate guests scheduled stay as needed

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Follow all company safety and security policies andprocedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Welcome and acknowledge all guests according tocompany standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Resolve quest concern; assist in all inquiriesrelating to hotel amenities and services

Guest Services Agent Requirements:

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Available to work a flexible schedule includingweekends and holidays

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Previous experience is preferred but not required

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Strong verbal and written communication skills aswell as positive body language
