Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and track customer orders and service requests related to SDGE programs and services.
• Communicate with various internal SDGE departments to ensure timely processing and completion of customer requests.
• Prepare, edit, and maintain professional written correspondence, reports, and documentation.
• Provide general administrative support including scheduling, filing, data entry, record keeping, and meeting coordination.
• Work independently on assigned projects and administrative tasks.
• Utilize multiple computer systems and databases to track and manage information.
• Respond to inquiries and provide administrative support to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding requests.
• Support special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Entry-level Administrative Assistant comfortable with a short-term assignment.
• Recent graduate with approximately 1 year of office, administrative, customer service, or coordinator experience.
• Strong communicator with excellent writing skills.
• Comfortable working with technology, systems, and databases.
