Required Education
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field.
Required Skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Recent college graduates with approximately 1 year of professional or administrative experience are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments.
• Strong business writing and email communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Comfortable working with computers, databases, and internal systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and systems.
• Confidence to ask questions and seek clarification when needed.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

Key Responsibilities
