The Scrum Master's role is to coach and guide the Tech team and organization in Agile practices, remove obstacles, and create an environment conducive to team productivity. They will work closely with Product Owners to ensure that the team's goals, scope, and product domain are understood and will foster an atmosphere of continuous improvement and open communication.
Centered around ServiceNow product family, the Scrum Master will serve as a vital facilitator for Agile development teams and stakeholders, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of projects that meet the organization's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
Agile Coaching and Facilitation:
  • Coach team members in Agileframeworks, primarily Scrum, and foster an understanding of Agileprinciples and practices.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies,including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
  • Encourage team collaborationand self-organization to achieve high performance.

Obstacle Removal:
  • Actively identify and removeobstacles or guide the team to do so, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Protect the team fromexternal interruptions and distractions to maintain focus on projectgoals.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work with Product Owners tomaximize product value and ensure that the team understands the backlogitems.
  • Facilitate communication andcollaboration between the development team and stakeholders.
  • Ensure transparency in theteam's work and progress through appropriate channels and tools.

Process Improvement and Adaptation:
