Job description

This position is responsible for originating appointments for our Commercial Loan Officers in accordance with Company assigned goals while maintaining compliance with established guidelines. Expectations include being well-versed in Oak Street's loan structure, marketing loan products, and utilizing relationship selling techniques to cultivate relationships that ultimately lead to appointments for our current Loan Officers.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Contacts potential clients with a prepared script to sell the benefits of an appointment with one of our Commercial Loan Officers
  • Advises prospective insurance business owners on impacts of funding business growth
  • 90% of efforts focused on contacting clients through outbound calls and correspondence
  • Handling multiple tasks with little supervision after fully trained
  • Working in conjunction with our Sales Team to ensure all appointments are properly documented, tracked & properly updated.
  • Maintains database by entering, verifying, and updating information
  • Maintains highest levels of quality service by following organization standards
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job

  • Proven experience & results in an outbound call center/relationship building
  • Established track record in an outbound environment with established goals
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Organized with analytical skills
  • Detail and results oriented
  • College degree or comparable business experience
  • Strong PC skills
