Morning Production. Breakfast to Lunch.
This is a hands-on kitchen role built around the breakfast and lunch shift. You'll work the flat top grill cooking eggs, omelets, and sausage for the breakfast menu, keep up with daily kitchen tasks like fryer vat cleaning, and step into a cook position on the charbroiler during lunch when the line needs it. Every day has a task list - but the kitchen and the guests always come before secondary work.
Prior grill experience is a plus but not a requirement - we'll train the right person. What matters is that you show up, pay attention, and take the work seriously. Cross-training across other areas of the store is available as you grow into the role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
-Operate the flat top grill - cook eggs, omelets, and sausage to order for the breakfast menu
-Clean the fryer vat as part of your daily task list
-Step in on the charbroiler during lunch service when the line needs support
-Assist the main cook as needed - you're part of the kitchen team, not just your station
-Work through your daily task list while keeping kitchen and guest needs as the priority
-Keep your station and surrounding area clean, organized, and stocked
-Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures on every shift
GROWTH & CROSS-TRAINING
-Build kitchen skills across breakfast and lunch operations
-Cross-train in other areas of the store as you develop in the role
-Opportunity to grow into a more defined cook position over time
