Job description

RemX is seeking a detail-oriented SAP Pricing & Data Analyst to support our client. In this role pricing accuracy and master data maintenance in a fast-paced environment. This role is heavily focused on data entry, analysis, and troubleshooting to ensure orders process correctly and meet compliance standards.


·      Title: SAP Pricing & Data Analyst

·      Location: Jacksonville, FL 32218 (Onsite)

·      Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)

·      Pay: $20–21/hour

·      Type: Temp-to-Hire


Key Responsibilities


Pricing & Data Management

  • Enter and maintain wholesale pricing across the organization
  • Process customer-specific pricing submitted by sales teams
  • Ensure accurate pricing in the system to prevent order issues


Troubleshooting & Support

  • Investigate pricing discrepancies that may cause order holds
  • Partner with sales teams to resolve pricing mismatches
  • Communicate findings clearly and maintain supporting documentation


Master Data Maintenance

  • Update and maintain customer and pricing records within SAP
  • Ensure all entries follow established processes and controls
  • Keep organized documentation for audits and tracking


Audit & Compliance

  • Perform regular audits on pricing and data accuracy
  • Follow structured processes aligned with compliance and SOX controls
  • Identify errors, validate data, and escalate when necessary


Reporting & Excel Work

  • Use Excel daily for tracking, validation, and reporting
  • Work with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, and large datasets


What to Expect

  • High-volume data entry and system work
  • Frequent communication with sales teams
  • Busy periods during large pricing updates (typically twice per year)
  • Assessments required during the hiring process
  • Onsite interviews with the hiring manager


Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; degree preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills


Preferred Skills

  • SAP or ERP system experience (S/4HANA a plus)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in data entry, pricing, or master data roles
  • Exposure to audit/compliance environments
