We are seeking a couple of highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Software Architect and Team Lead with a minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience in Service Max and a demonstrated background in software architecture. This role is critical to ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing Service Max solutions coupled with a proven ability to mentor and drive best practices. 
Key Responsibilities: 
• Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of Salesforce and Service Max solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms and processes. 
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into precise technical specifications. 
• Establish and enforce best practices in architecture, data security, and performance optimization. 
• Maintain awareness of Service Max product enhancements, Salesforce ecosystem updates, and emerging technologies to ensure strategic alignment. 
• Oversee solution development, customization, and deployment within the environment. 
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams. 
The ideal candidate needs to have: 
• Minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on Service Max experience (design, configuration, and implementation). 
• Strong expertise in software architecture and system integration. 
• Salesforce platform architecture experience is highly desirable. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proven success in cross-functional collaboration.
