Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Hybrid – Menlo Park, CA

We are a profitable AI company serving the HR technology market and are looking for a Sales Development Representative to work directly with a co- founder to help build our sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to prospective customers
  • Conduct outbound email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Schedule meetings with potential clients
  • Track outreach and maintain detailed records

What We’re Looking for

  • Tenacity and a strong work ethic with repetitive tasks
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Resilient and comfortable with rejection
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-facing experience or sports background a plus
  • Desire to work in a high-velocity AI start-up
     

Requirements
