Job Description Safety Director - Asphalt Company Searching for an experienced Safety Director for an Asphalt Company. Candidate can be located in Raleigh, NC or Atlanta, GA. Researches new regulations and developments with OSHA and other appropriate health and safety governing bodies and recommends changes in the company's program Develops documentation and implements the required or desired changes in the safety program Writes job specific safety plans including JHA's Schedules jobsite visits and safety audits Ensures full compliance of safety plan Controls hazardous working conditions and unsafe employee practices through site visits, safety plans, and education of all supervisory personnel Reviews documentation to insure all required onsite records and reports are complete, accurate and submitted per established procedures.
